VIET NAM: AN ACTIVE AND RESPONSIBLE MEMBER CONTRIBUTING SUBSTANTIALLY TO THE WORK OF HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL

Peace, stability, and development represent the desires of the world people, who are working great efforts to ensure the human rights and freedom. As for the Human Rights Council, it has played the central role in encouraging dialogues and cooperation among countries to advance human rights in practice. The article points out the efforts, responsibility and substantial contributions by Viet Nam to the common operations of the Council and affirms that it is the policy of Viet Nam to ensure and promote the human rights and to determine that human beings are the driving force for development in Viet Nam.
